This is an intact 1905 sanctuary: 24-foot vaulted ceilings, original stained glass, and hardwood floors that have held a century of gatherings. It photographs beautifully as it stands, so you can spend your budget on the people and the party instead of transforming a blank box.
Weddings here are Saturday celebrations
We host weddings on Saturdays, so the building and our full attention belong to one celebration. Fridays and Sundays work beautifully too, and they bill at the lower Sunday-to-Friday rate: Friday evenings from 4:00 PM, once the workspace next door finishes its day, and Sundays from 12:30 PM, once the congregations who meet here in the morning have gone — early enough for an afternoon ceremony and an evening reception on the same day. - Room divider removal — $1,000 flat, for events that want the full open floor
Every add-on is itemized on the booking page before you pay. Linens are the one thing we do not stock, so those come from your rental company or caterer.
A facility host on the day
You are not handed a key and left to it. Add event staffing and one of our team is on site through your booking — letting vendors in, working the sound and lights, sorting out the questions that always come up, and putting the room back afterwards. Most couples find it is the difference between running the day and getting to be at it.
We do not provide decorations, florals, or styling. The hall is the backdrop; what you bring in is yours to choose, and it comes down at the end of your window.
Pricing, Out in the Open
Hourly rates by day and guest count, with a 2-hour minimum. No packages to decode, no quote-request wall.

Booking 8+ hours saves 10%
A full wedding day qualifies automatically. Example: 10 hours on a Saturday for 100 guests is $3,200 at $320/hour; the 10% discount takes off $320, bringing it to $2,880.
Payment
Pay by bank transfer at no extra cost, or by card with a 3% processing fee. Whatever you add on, the full itemized total is on screen before you pay — no deposit against an invoice that arrives later.
The Practical Details
Alcohol
BYOB is welcome. Any event with alcohol needs a certificate of general liability insurance, and if alcohol is being served it must be served by a TIPS-certified bartender. Alcohol cannot be sold on premises.
Hours
Events end by 10 PM. Setup and breakdown happen within your booked rental window.
Accessibility
The front entrance has ramp access. Main hall restrooms are downstairs and are not ADA accessible; ADA restrooms are available next door at Merritt Workspace.
